Alan Lacher - Chief Operating Officer
Alan Lacher's experience spans a broad range of professional disciplines, including strategy development, operational management and execution, and the innovation of service-based offerings.  A member of Custom's senior executive team, Alan brings an entrepreneurial perspective and extensive hands-on experience in delivering enterprise-class technical solutions to the financial services, professional services, and public education industries.
 
Alan is responsible for Custom's Application Services division and leads the day-to-day operations of Custom's Infinite Campus™ student management system practice.  Possessing 15 years of systems implementation and business process consulting experience, Alan began his career at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting).  He later served as Professional Services Manager and ultimately Director of Professional Services at WinMill Software. In 2004, Alan joined Custom as Director, and was promoted to Vice President in 2007.
 
Alan holds a BS degree in business administration and management information systems from the University at Albany, State University of New York.
