Center Hall Aquarium
Our gracious founder, Greg, had this aquarium built as a thank you to the employees in celebration of our 25 years in business. It was built by the same company that constructed the Mystic Aquarium in Mystic, Connecticut. Our engineers had a field day programming all of the controls to make it a self-sufficient system for feeding and monitoring water quality and temperature. The aquarium even has it's own IP video surveillance so employees can monitor their favorite fish from the web! |

Configuration Center/Deployment Team
Our configuration center prepares over 100,000 desktop computers per year for our customers. |

Training Room
Our training room is utilized for both internal and client trainings. We often make this room available for use by our customers and technical and business associations of which we are members. |

Custom Lab
This ever - changing lab is where we hold client demonstrations of the latest technologies. The current technologies demonstrated include; VMware server and desktop solutions, Cisco IPT, Cisco and Microsoft Unified Communications, NetApp storage solutions, CA operation management software; Service Desk, NSM and Clarity, and Cisco security solutions CSA and NAC. Our training facility connects to this lab, which allows us to conduct larger sessions and incorporate solution demonsrations into our trainings. Demonstrations are available upon client request and can also be run remotely for viewing at the customer's location. |

Inbound Client Call Center
Our call center fields hundreds of supports calls per day from clients throughout
the region. These calls range from in and out of warranty repair needs for
computers, printers, servers, etc. to calls from clients to troubleshoot system and network issues. If the issues can not be addressed immediately by remote means
the call center staff will dispatch a certified technician or engineer to address the problem at our client's location. |

Managed Services NOC
Our network operations center is monitored around the clock for clients
by help desk analysts and level I/II/III network and systems engineers. |

Warehouse
Our 70,000 square foot, level five secure facility is where we store
