JP Nel

JP Nel is a seasoned technology executive with more than 35 years of experience in information technology, software development, and project management. JP joined CCS in May 2001 and has held numerous key leadership positions within the Software Solutions division since 2004, where he played a pivotal role in shaping implementation methodologies and elevating service quality standards for clients and educational partners, ultimately rising to his current role as Divisional President.

Prior to CCS, JP held technology roles at Goodyear in South Africa and Philip Morris in New York City, bringing deep expertise in systems and network administration, software development, and large-scale project delivery.

JP holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Computer Science from Nelson Mandela University in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Outside the office, JP is an avid sailor and active member of the Centerport Yacht Club. He currently serves as Commodore of the Masthead Cove Yacht Club in Huntington, New York.
