Leland Mankin is a seasoned technology and operations executive with deep expertise in managed services, cloud infrastructure, and customer experience optimization. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Managed Services at CCS, where he leads service delivery strategy, operational excellence, and client success across the organization.

Mankin brings more than a decade of experience driving performance and innovation within complex IT and managed services environments. Prior to joining CCS, he held senior leadership roles at LightEdge Solutions, most recently as Vice President of Operations, where he oversaw data center infrastructure, implementations, professional services, and customer care while improving service delivery and the end-to-end customer experience.
