Richard Roux

Richard Roux is Vice President of Operational Excellence at CCS and has helped build one of the top IT service companies on the east coast. He is part of an outstanding leadership team that has achieved great success by relying on customer focused team members who go the extra mile every day. Richard was a Managing Partner at Info Solutions before it was acquired by CCS, and has a proven track record for facilitating a vision, creating a strategy, and executing specific plans that deliver results.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware, studied effective leadership of professional services organizations at Harvard University Executive Business School, and achieved his RCDD certification from BICSI. He is an active ice hockey player and co-founded The Open Net Foundation, an organization that leverages a network of ice hockey enthusiasts as well as business and community leaders to generate funding for various non-profit organizations.
