Valerie Traverzo serves as Vice President of People at CCS, where she leads the company’s human resources strategy, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. She partners with executive leadership to align HR programs with business objectives, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture that supports growth and innovation.

Valerie brings more than two decades of experience with CCS, having built her career across multiple functions within the organization. She began in support services, where she led and developed on-site teams, before transitioning into sales operations with a focus on CRM strategy and process optimization. She later led talent acquisition, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and professional development programs, before advancing into senior HR leadership.

Valerie is passionate about creating an inclusive workplace and empowering employees to succeed. She is dedicated to driving initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen leadership capabilities, and position CCS as an employer of choice.
